The Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) recognizes Hong Ngoc Hospital as a Global Standard Training Center for Surgery.

After successfully passing rigorous examinations and evaluations based on some of the world’s most stringent criteria, Hong Ngoc General Hospital has officially received certification from the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) recognizing its surgical training programs. This certification covers the Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Department as well as the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department.

The first hospital in Hanoi awarded the “Excellent Baby-Friendly Hospital” certification by the Ministry of Health.

Providing breastfeeding counseling to over 3,000 expectant mothers annually during prenatal visits at the hospital; 100% of newborns experience 90 minutes of skin-to-skin contact with their mothers immediately after birth; 97.6% of newborns undergo delayed umbilical cord clamping; 96.5% of mothers initiate breastfeeding within the first hour after delivery and exclusively breastfeed throughout their hospital stay; 100% of mothers receive support from healthcare staff for breastfeeding during their entire hospitalization; and 100% of doctors and nurses are trained in breastfeeding counseling to advise and assist mothers.
