HOSPITAL RULES
(Issued with Decision No. 382/QD-BVPTM dated July 12, 2024)
I. General Rules
- The hospital operates 24/24 hours a day.
- Comply with the provisions of the law and the rules and regulations of the hospital.
- Ensure fire prevention and fighting, do not bring toxic chemicals, flammable substances, explosives into the hospital.
- Practice civilized lifestyle and civilized and polite code of conduct at medical facilities.
- Do not smoke, drink alcohol, gamble in any form within the hospital premises.
- Do not arbitrarily take hospital property out of the hospital.
- Maintain order and security in the hospital
II. For hospital staff
- Comply with working hours, dress neatly, seriously, in accordance with the regulations of the hospital and the health sector.
- Employees work in accordance with the assigned functions, tasks and management and professional procedures issued by the hospital. Do not leave your position while on duty.
- Be polite and friendly with patients, their relatives and visitors. Be ready to guide, advise, examine, treat and care wholeheartedly, without causing trouble for patients.
- Respect the patient's right to be examined and treated; respect the patient's privacy, be discreet when examining, performing procedures and caring for patients.
- Doctors and nurses do not wear hospital uniforms when leaving the hospital premises (except in cases of emergency treatment of patients outside the hospital, participating in outpatient examinations organized by the hospital).
- Strictly prohibit staff from suggesting to receive money or gifts from relatives and patients in any form.
- Preserve and save hospital assets. Be aware of fire prevention and fighting, be vigilant against criminals, maintain security and order, be civilized, keep the Department/Room and the hospital clean and beautiful.
III. For guests, patients and patients' relatives
- Comply with the law, hospital regulations, and regulations at the Department/Office.
- Strictly follow the orders of medical staff.
- Provide honest information about the disease and cooperate with medical staff.
- Self-preserve personal property.
- Do not smoke on the hospital premises.
- Do not wear or use roller skates, skateboards, children's bicycles, etc. in the hospital.
- Do not bring pets into the hospital.
- Pay in full the cost of medical examination, treatment and accompanying services.
- When medical staff perform professional work (medical examination, procedures, etc.), family members are not allowed in the professional area (except for pediatric patients).
- Be respectful and polite to medical staff; do not insult the dignity, honor, or life of medical staff.
- Respect the privacy of patients, do not take photos or videos without permission.
- Maintain order, hygiene and preserve equipment and assets in the hospital. If property is damaged or lost, compensation must be paid according to hospital regulations.
For inpatients:
- Do not bring outside food into the hospital (except milk).
- Do not bring fruits with strong odors such as durian, jackfruit, etc. into the hospital.
- Patients must wear hospital uniforms and are not allowed to leave the hospital without the doctor's consent (Must sign a commitment according to hospital regulations). Patients and their families must comply with the "Commitment to comply with hospital regulations".
- Visiting hours:
Note: Relatives visiting must not make noise or disturb surrounding patients. Maximum of 2 people per visit and each visit must not exceed 30 minutes (except in special cases that require permission from the Department/Office Leader).
